Our order processing times are different to the shipping times provided that you see at the checkout.
All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Due to the current manufacturer delays that are affecting a lot of Australian Businesses. Unfortunately, a lot of Mobility suppliers are experiencing low stock due to the delays. Daily Living Products are doing everything in our power to ensure each order is fulfilled within an appropriate time frame, however, supplier delays are completely out of our hands. For any orders that will experience longer than usual wait times, our team will communicate that information with the customer who placed the order.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer local delivery or in-store pickup to all Perth Metro customers.
Our delivery team will contact you via phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can select a pickup option at the checkout for pick up from our Bayswater warehouse located at Unit 2, 510 Guildford Road Bayswater 6053. Pickup is available Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation with you at the time of pickup.
We do not offer international shipping. We ship only within Australia and preferably within WA.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of our order, we recommended contacting us on 1300 364 460 or admin@daily.com.au with your name and order number.
We only ship to PO boxes for small items accepted by Australia post.
